Do you have your new CA membership photo yet? Because new cards will soon be required for CA’s new Customer Service System (CSS). CSS was designed to manage and enhance CA’s day-to-day customer service transactions. The sooner you get your picture taken, the sooner you’ll see the benefits of CSS! Visit any of CA’s three fitness facilities or CA’s Membership Service Center (MSC) to get your photo taken for your new card.
Your old membership card will no longer work in the near future – so act now! With CSS, you can load money onto your membership card online or at MSC to buy concessions and tickets; book tennis reservations, Group Fitness classes and tee times online; and much more!
