Combining all the fun of a dance party with all the benefits of a hardcore workout, Zumba® fitness is one of CA’s most popular fitness classes! According to Megan Cooperman, Zumba® fitness instructor at CA, “it is exercise in disguise.” Zumba® fitness classes feature aerobic interval training and toning moves performed to upbeat Latin and salsa-inspired music. “Zumba® fitness gets you moving, shaking and sweating from head to toe,” continues Cooperman. And, after class, you’ll be begging for more!
