Free Pilates class opportunities available at CA fitness facilities this September.

Pilates creator Joseph Pilates said that with Pilates, “After 10 sessions you will feel a difference, after 20 sessions you will see a difference and after 30 sessions you will have a whole new body.” This September, get on your way to getting a new body by joining CA’s highly trained and certified Pilates instructors at free classes offered at CA fitness facilities.
Each fitness facility will host two free Pilates classes that focus on mat and/or equipment exercises. Registration for these classes is required, as class size is limited. Both current CA members and non-members are welcome to register. Please call the hosting CA fitness facility to register.
Pilates is a system of exercises designed to work the deep core muscles of the body increasing performance in athletics and daily life. Among the benefits of practicing Pilates is the strengthening of the muscles in the abdomen, buttocks and legs; as well as improving posture, balance and coordination.
