Howard County government has posted its technical staff report on ZRA
113, regarding zoning in downtown Columbia. View the staff report. The
report will be presented to the public on Thursday, Dec. 11, at 7 p.m.
at The Bain Center. The public will be invited to share comments on
Thursday, Jan. 8, 2009, at 6 p.m. at The Bain Center. Send your comments
