Valentine’s Day Card

Show your friends how much you care about them with this cute, handmade Valentine’s Day card!

Materials

• 5x7 red card with envelope
• 4.5x6.5 white paper
• 4.3x6.3 striped red paper
• 5” long red ribbon
• White heart cut out of paper
• Many small red, pink and white heart buttons
• Craft stick glue
• Red heart cut out of paper
• Small white square piece of paper or cardstock
• Small red square piece of paper or cardstock
• White ink pad
• “Thinking of you” or other Valentine’s Day stamp

Instructions

1. Glue the white paper on top of the red card.
2. Next, glue the striped paper on top of the white paper.
3. Once you have done that, glue and layer on top of one another the two hearts.
4. Using your craft stick glue, glue and place your buttons on the heart.
5. Glue the red ribbon on both sides of the hearts.
6. Layer the red square on top of the white square and place your stamp “thinking of you” right in the center of the red paper.
7. Glue all of this onto the card.
